Mayor Kristine together with her Museum Technical Working Group visits the soon-to-open Museo Naga, this afternoon, May 12 to discuss with the city’s Curatorial Consultant Dr. Jocelyn Gerra, the ongoing works of the new museum. Dr. Gerra is the Curator/Consultant of the Sugbu Chinese Heritage Museum and a member of the Cebu City Cultural and Historical Affairs Commission.
Also in the discussions were Architects Tony Abelgas, Loloy and Fatima Castro. Architect Tony is the Exhibit Design Consultant of the Sugbu Chinese Heritage Museum while Architects Loloy and Fatima of CJ Modelworks were the fabricators of the Sugbu Chinese Heritage Museum’s Chinese Junk and Gotiaoco building model.
Museo Naga is located in the 2nd Floor of the Legislative Building and forms part of the city’s heritage zone. It shall demonstrate Naga’s unique heritage and rich culture.
