In the video deliberation session this morning, gi-declare sa Regional Oversight Committee on Barangay Drug Clearing (ROCBDC) ang Barangays Alpaco ug Patag nga gipanguluhan nila Punong Barangays, Hon. Rogelio Ababa ug Hon. Martin Omambac isip drug-cleared barangays.
The ROCBDC is chaired by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7 and consist of DILG 7, PNP 7, DOH 7 ug Cebu Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Division.
