I commend the good Governor Gov. Gwen Garcia, the Mayor of Naga, Valdemar Chiong, the Mayor of San Fernando, Mytha Basubas Canoy , and the Mayor of Carcar City Cebu, Patrick Paras Barcenas, for really doing a good job, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
