Ang RBIM, formerly called the Local Migration Information System, gipaila sa POPCOM niadtong 2017 uban ang tumong sa pagsubay sa internal nga lihok sa mga tawo gikan sa usa ka barangay/munisipyo ngadto sa lain. Ang RBIM importante sa pagsabot sa demograpihics ug socioeconomic database nga mahimong magamit sa pagplano sa mga programa, proyekto, ug intervention sa community level.
