127 ka mga Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) ang aktibong mi-apil sa Alternative Learning System (ALS) Program Commencement Exercise diin 48 ka mga PDLs ang ni-graduate sa Elementary Education ug 83 ang malampusong nakahuman sa Junior High School. Gipahigayon ang ceremony sa roof deck sa BJMP-Naga facility.
Uban sa mga ni-graduate, aduna say 15 ka mga completers ang nakahuman sa 24 ka modules sa Katatagan, Kalusugan at Damayan ng Komunidad (KKDK) Program sa BJMP para sa mga PDLs with drug cases nga ni-avail sa Plea Bargaining Agreement diin ipadayon nila ang mga nahabiling sessions ubos sa City Government pinaagi sa City of Naga Center for Recovery and Reformation (CON-CRR) inig abot sa court order diin makagawas na sila.
