Welcome to the Human Resource Division’s External Services page. Below are the services we offer, including the process, requirements, and steps for availing them.
This service is for preparing Service Records for employees, both current and past (including separated employees), upon request by the respective employee or their authorized representative.

Total Processing Time: 44 minutes
This service provides a certification stating that an individual has been employed by the agency at a particular period, along with their pay/rate and duties (if applicable).

This service provides a certification stating that there are no pending administrative cases against the employee in the HRD records.

This service is for facilitating and processing the filing of grievances against the agency or any official within the agency regarding mismanagement or unfair practices in the office.
