    To enable the employees' career development, improve human resources to enhance departmental operations, and have a regular health care monitoring of employees.

    To enforce and institutionalize systems, policies and other legal requirements for the strengthening and professionalization of services.

  • Capacitating the Barangay LGUs

    Empower the barangay as active partners in governance.

    Enforce and institutionalize systems, policies and other legal requirements for the strengthening and professionalization of the office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

  • Enactment of Relevant Ordinances

    Enactment of legislative measures for the economic empowerment of women and to support the Enhancement of Social Fabric (Malasakit), control pet population, enact legislative measures to support the inequality-reducing transformation (Pagbabago), enact relevant ordinances to support the increasing growth potential (Patuloy na pag-unlad), and formulation of a Viable Eco-Protection Plan and Strategy.
