📜 MANDATE

  • Preparation of integrated social, economic, environmental, physical, and other development plans and policies for consideration of the City Development Council.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the implemented development projects, programs, and activities (PPAs) in accordance with the Approved Development Plan/s.
  • Conduct of research and studies for future comprehensive plans and project developments.

The Office of the City Planning and Development Coordinator achieves to have a holistic approach in formulating social, economic, physical/infrastructure, and environment development plans and projects necessary to sustain stability and environmental protection.


🎯 MISSION

This Office aims to provide spatial and comprehensive development planning to the Local Government Unit through:

1️⃣ Preparation of schematic planning and project estimates.
2️⃣ Oversee and manage proper implementation of zoning ordinances of the City of Naga.
3️⃣ Conduct research and studies as well as appropriate trainings significant for future comprehensive plans and projects developments.
4️⃣ Evaluate and assess the impact of current plans and projects for recommendation to future development programs, projects, and activities of the local government unit.
5️⃣ Proper management of data and information (data banking).
6️⃣ Provide project survey or site inspection and regular monitoring of project accomplishment status.

1. Issuance of Locational Clearance

The Locational Clearance is required to ensure that the construction or establishment of a building adheres to the city’s zoning regulations.
