Ang City of Naga Health Office Teen Center anaa sa Vicente Mendiola Center for Health (VMCH) ubos sa pagdumala sa Office of the City Population Officer led by Dr. Celestial Lianzon.

Ang Teen Center usa ka pasilidad nga magsilbing counseling area sa mga teenagers ug mo-abag sa mga batan-ong inahan kabahin sa teenage pregnancy.

Mahimo usab kini nga lugar nga tapokanan sa mga teenager nga estudyante aron pagpaambit sa ilang mga hunahuna ug pagpahigayon sa mga academic activities.
