Ang graduation ceremony gipahigayon sa Barangay Cogon Covered Court gahapon February 10 nga gitambongan sa mga Barangay Cogon Officials gipanguluhan ni Punong Barangay Hon. Elmer Paran, BADAC Mentors sa CICRD – City of Naga Center for Recovery and Reformation (CON-CRR), PNP-City of Naga personnel represented by Deputy Police Police sa Barangay PSSG Gilbert Ybañez ug PAT Kim Francis Borgonio.
